Registration is valid on receipt of payment. Payments can be made by debit or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) using our secure gateway. Payments can also be made by bank transfer although we strongly recommend paying by credit card to expedite the administration process.
Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email.
Registration fees for LeishVet UP! are as follows:
- From January 2026 to October 2026 – Registration Rate: 100 euros
Social Dinner:
The Social Dinner on October 16th 2026 is included in your registration rate. Please confirm your attendance for organisation purposes.
Registration prices are exclusive of VAT. In accordance with EU Directive 2006/112/CEE on value added tax as amended and corresponding Spanish Law 37/1992 of December 28, 1992.
LeishVet Secretariat must be notified in writing in case of cancellations.
Cancellation on or before September 16th 2026: Payment will be refunded after the congress minus an administration fee of 30%. For cancellations made after this date, no refunds will be made.

LeishVet has the right, for reasons beyond its control, to alter or cancel, without prior notice, the congress or any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the LeishVet Up! Event. LeishVet shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation casused for reasons beyond its control.
During the LeishVet Up! Event it is possible that photos and/or videos are made. These photos and/or videos could be used for on publicly accessible websites for illustration purposes and/or to give form to the website(s) related to the LeishVet Up! Event and/or for or in news items, reports, newsletters, guides, leaflets, advertising and/or social media related to the LeishVet Up! Event. You are entitled at any time to object to this processing of personal data by sending a statement to that effect to LeishVet’s Secretariat. LeishVet will, where reasonably possible, erase the personal data and, if this is not possible, cease further use of the personal data.
You may exercise your GDPR rights at any time in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament.
