Interactive Discussion of Clinical Cases with LeishVet Members

We kindly ask you to fill in the following form to make a great success of our interactive session on Saturday 17 October, from 14:00 to 17:00

Prior to LeishVet UP! you will have relevant information for this interactive session.
You will receive a written case summary including: signalment, anamnesis, and clinical examination findings.

During the interactive session, you will be asked to work in small groups to establish shortly: a problem list, potential causes for each problem, and the laboratory and imaging diagnostic techniques you consider necessary to guide diagnosis and assess the patient’s status and the planning for treatment and follow-up.
In order to organise these working groups, please share with us your clinical experience.

Overlooking Lake Bled

The Rikli Balance Hotel has 150 themed hotel rooms, great cuisine and a complex of 10 conference halls.

Good Connections

The closest airport is the Jože Pučnik Airport (Ljubljana Airport) 35 km away.

The Rikli Balance Hotel is situated on a hill overlooking Lake Bled. On the motorway from Ljubljana, take the Lesce/Bled exit. At the roundabout, take the second exit. At the traffic lights, continue straight on towards the lake, then turn left at the next junction. Drive on until you see the sign for SAVICA and RIKLI BALANCE or the hotels themselves on your right.

The closest bus stop is 800 m away, while the railway station is 3.3 km from the hotel.

Transport Options

To catch an UBER is one of the possible ways to get to Bled from the airport. The service is good and it will take approximately half an hour.

If you prefer to take a bus directly from the airport, here is the link to plan your bus journey. It is a regular service that also takes approximately half and hour.
